Niseko | MessageEnjoy Ezomae Sushi prepared with care by our sushi chefs using the freshest seafood of the day at our new sushi restaurant (opening November 2024) located in a natural setting overlooking Ezo Fuji (Mt. Yotei). During the green season, the restaurant will be open only on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from Friday, July 11 to Sunday, September 28.

Niseko Catering: Two chefs will travel to hotels and villas in the Niseko area to serve their signature sushi courses.

Sushi Experience: Two artisans will travel to hotels and villas in the Niseko area to teach you how to make sushi. You will be dressed in a chef's costume (white jacket, Japanese hat, and maegake) and make sushi. Honzome hanten, fans, lanterns, etc. will be provided for commemorative photos.
