Enjoy authentic Ezo-style sushi crafted with care by our sushi chefs using the freshest seafood of the day at our sushi restaurant nestled in the great outdoors overlooking Ezo Fuji (Mt. Yotei) (opening November 2024). The Niseko location will be open year-round starting December 10, 2025 (reservation-only for groups of 10 or more from April to November). Winter reservations now being accepted.

Niseko Catering: Two chefs will travel to hotels and villas in the Niseko area to serve their signature sushi courses.

Sushi Experience: Two artisans will travel to hotels and villas in the Niseko area to teach you how to make sushi. You will be dressed in a chef's costume (white jacket, Japanese hat, and maegake) and make sushi. Honzome hanten, fans, lanterns, etc. will be provided for commemorative photos.
